A beautiful pink-coloured ale brewed with ancient red rice Asamurasaki. This ale has moderate bitterness and pleasant acidity. It is about as close to sake as a beer can get, with complex and sweet malty and hoppy flavours, and even hints of berries and rice on the nose and finish.
